VIRTUS Challenge 2026: Two Ways To Win - Be The Best Or Improve The Most
Welcome To The VIRTUS Challenge 2026
A 6-week, community-led testing challenge for every VIRTUS program, open to members and people off the street. Everyone tests at the start, mid-way and the end, sets one personal goal and can win in two ways: be the best or improve the most. It costs $100 per person on top of membership and that $100 covers the challenge, the prizes and entry to the Xmas party on Sat 19 Dec. New members and members wanting to level up can take a 6-week program bundle with 10% off each week.

What Is In The Challenge?
• Testing and benchmarking for every program (tables below).
• One personal goal each: weight loss, muscle gain or an athletic metric (for example a higher IMTP or a faster 10m). Weight loss and muscle gain are not offered to Emerging Athletes.
• A simple nutrition playbook for muscle gain and weight loss, male and female versions (TBC).
• Body scans at the start and end, if the Evolt scanner or a similar option works out (TBC).
• Two ways to win, plus fun awards and prizes.
• Entry to the Xmas party and wrap-up night.
Other Awards
| Award | Based on |
|---|---|
| Personal goal | Best % of personal goal achieved (weight loss, muscle gain or athletic metric) |
| Consistency | Most tests and sessions completed |
| Spirit of VIRTUS | Coach and member vote |
| Fun awards | Voted at the party, such as Early Bird, Golden Foam Roller, Excuse of the Block |
Fairness Rules
• Body weight and body fat numbers are never shown publicly. Only the percentage of the goal achieved is shown.
• Baselines are coach-supervised. Self-recorded MAS results need a screenshot. This stops anyone going easy in week 1 to win Best Average.
• Emerging Athletes get Best Average and effort awards only. Raw results are not ranked, because growth spurts make absolute scores unfair.
