Training Hard But Not Sure It's Working? Find Out In 6 Weeks

Most people we meet train hard and still can't tell you if it's working. They're tired, they're busy and they feel like they're doing everything right. But feeling busy isn't the same as getting better.

Effort was never the missing piece. Direction is. And direction starts with a number: where you are today and where you are six weeks from now.

That's what the VIRTUS Challenge is built around. In week 1, week 3 and week 6, we test your engine, your strength and your jump. You set one personal goal with your coach. Then you train and you watch your numbers move.

There are two ways to win. Best Overall Result goes to the strongest result. Best Average goes to the biggest all-round improvement against your own starting point. That means a beginner and an experienced athlete both have something real to chase, because the only comparison that counts is you against your last test.

The challenge runs from Monday 9 November to Friday 18 December and finishes with a wrap-up night and Xmas party on Saturday 19 December. Entry is $100 on top of your membership and covers the challenge, the prizes and your party ticket. Partners are welcome at the party! If you're new or ready to level up, you can take a 6-week bundle with 10% off every week.

If you've ever wondered whether your training is actually working, here's your chance to find out. Sign up before Monday so you're part of baseline testing in week 1: virtuscentre.com.au/challenge
